About Us

SLH Property Consultants is a chartered building surveying practice that provides specialist advice to commercial property owners, occupiers, funds, property managers, and advisors across all sectors. As a practice we are registered with, and regulated by, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The practice is managed by Steve Hawthorne BSc (Hons) MRICS, a chartered building surveyor with over 25 years experience in the property and construction industry. Historically Steve has worked for several large commercial building surveying practices including Fuller Peiser, Atis Real, and CNP, and was a co-founder of NCS.

SLH’s particular specialisms are:
